CoolSculpting is a labelled, FDA-approved type of fat cutback called cryolipolysis. CoolSculpting and other forms of cryolipolysis use baggage temperatures to crack down fat cells. Cold does not break other cells in the way it does fat cells, and so there should be no damage to the skin or underlying tissue. The CoolSculpting is an extremely successful non-surgical body remodelling tool. The craze is understandable: not only is the procedure painless, but it does not require any special diet from the patient and offers permanent and stable visible results. It makes it possible effectively to reduce fat deposits located at the inside and outside of the thighs, for example, the belly, back, flanks, chin and even pecs. The question is coolsculpting does it work.
What is coolsculpting procedure?
For the duration of the procedure, the consultant vacuums the skin over the area of fatty tissue into an applicator that cools the fat cells. The chilly temperatures numb the area, and some people information feeling a cooling sensation. Most CoolSculpting actions take approximately an hour. There is no upturn time because there is no harm to the skin or tissue. Some people statement pain at the site of CoolSculpting, comparable to that they might have after a passionate workout or minor muscle injury
The strengths of the CoolSculpting:
Durable and satisfactory results: Under a very low temperature, the content of fat cells crystallizes, then dies and evacuates through the natural elimination mechanisms of the body. This process is spread over several weeks; the destruction of the adipocytes allows the unaffected cells to regroup, thus refining the treated area after 8 to 16 weeks.
A procedure without pain: A session of CoolSculpting usually lasts one hour per treated area and does not require anaesthesia. A gelled film is first applied to the skin to protect it from frostbite. The device then sucks the target fat into a specific applicator and cools it. The suction effect can cause some discomfort because of suction, no more. Once the cryolipolysis process is started, cooling is done in a controlled manner throughout the session.
No downtime to be expected: Once the coolsculpting treatmentis completed, the treated area may show redness, bruising due to the pulling effect during suctioning and some desensitization of the skin. All these effects are temporary and disappear after a few days or weeks at most. It is therefore possible to return to your regular activities immediately after a session of CoolSculpting.
Visible effects refining: The elimination of fat cells destroyed by cold requires a certain time. The first results are observed after about two months and improve over time. After this time, the treated area is visibly refined, with an average of 22% reduction.
A targeted and safe action: Cryolipolysis acts only on fat cells. It does not affect the epidermis, muscle tissue, organs or other surrounding cells. A lot of research has been done to ensure the security side of the technology; the latter is approved by the FDA in the United States and by Health Canada.
